Pesci recognize right of withdrawal according to D.Lgs n 185/99 that rule distance contracts.

In the mail is necessary specify bank details to allow us to refund of the amount due. (CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Number, Account owner name)

To Use the right of withdrawal is necessary as following:
1. customers express the will to avail of right of withdrawal like express above
2. the product is intact and with original box
3. The product will be delivered back on time and modality as above descripted. back delivery is at the expense of the customer. The product once reached our storage will exams to check possible damages or tampering not derived from transport.
After check we will the refund process via bank transfer communicated to our customer service
The refund involved the good price and first shipping fees
Will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the good to our storage.

The only fees that customer have to pay are relatives to delivery back of products
